The Location
The Hall is on the outskirts of the quiet village of Stanford on Avon. Stanford lies in the heart of England in rural Leicestershire between Rugby and Market Harborough. It is easily accessible being only 4 miles from the M1/M6 motorways and the A14. East Midlands and Birmingham International Airports are both within a 30 minute drive. There is a ample space for landing a helicopter in the grounds of the Hall.
The History
Stanford Hall has been the ancestral home of the Cave family since 1430. In the 1690’s Sir Roger Cave arranged for the demolition of the original manor house in order to build the present Hall. The AccommodationThe accommodation is very spacious for sleeping 9 guests. There is ample space to entertain extra visitors during the day or for larger gatherings in a marquee on the lawn. Ground Floor: - Marble entrance hall with flying staircase.
