Morland Hall has been specifically designed with large groups of guests in mind, whether it be for a family celebration, wedding, re-union of friends or for a business conference. The site can accommodate guests in the main house, in 2 attached wings and a detached coach house.

The Hall is set in 15 acres of wood and parkland in the glorious Eden Valley 7 miles south of Penrith. The estate lies off a very quiet lane, a mile outside the attractive village of Morland where there is a pub.

Guests should note that there is a self-contained apartment on the top floor where the housekeeper lives. There will be no intrusion on guest privacy. |

The Grounds
Morland Hall is located within an estate of almost 15 acres of designated ancient woodland and beautifully landscaped gardens.
Within the grounds is a fully equipped gym and outdoor swimming pool (Easter to September) sited in a sheltered area of the estate. The gym and pool are not supervised and are used at your own risk.
Each of the properties has a small private garden and patio area with garden furniture and gas barbeques available during the warmer months. Designated parking spaces are available for each property with additional parking available for extra cars located a short walk from your door.

Restrictions
- Lets for 1 night will normally be accepted mid-week only on Tuesday or Wednesday nights. Should this be inconvenient please call to check availability for other days.
- Sorry no smoking permitted inside the property.
- The minimum let over a week-end is 3 nights.
- Minimum lets of 7 nights during school holidays.
