The Location
Park Hall lies in beautiful North Worcestershire 20 miles south west of Birmingham. Being in close proximity to the centre of the motorway network it is easily accessible to most parts of the country. The Hall is situated on its own 132 acre estate at the end of a 300m electric gated drive.
The Accommodation
Up to 8 guests.
The guest accommodation is in the main part of the Hall. In separate outbuildings to the rear of the property is the owner’s office and a number of estate cottages and apartments , one of which is occupied by the resident housekeeper. All of these have separate access and entrances, ensuring guest privacy is respected at all times.

- 2 entrance halls and 2 staircases

- Drawing room with grand piano,open fire and CD Player
- The Blue Room (further reception room) with open fire and 42” plasma screen with Sky TV, CD Player and CD library.

- Double bedroom with a 5’ zip n’ link bed which can convert to 2 singles on request, shared shower room.

Second Floor:

The Grounds
The Estate comprises 132 acres in total. Guests will have exclusive use of the following areas:
- Large lawned garden and parkland which surrounds the property on all sides, including a rugby pitch and a quad bike circuit
- Private rear walled garden with decked terrace with fountain, dining table for 8, sun loungers, gas barbecue, unique cooking table and gas heaters
- Further walled garden with hot house, pool terrace and tree hammocks
- Indoor pool and showers, accessed through rear garden. The pool takes 4 days to heat to the optimum temperature.
- Tennis court with pavilion, gas barbecue, croquet set and archery equipment. Alfresco dining table for 20.
- Giant chess board
- Golf practice net
It should be noted that whilst traffic noise is not audible either inside or to the rear of the property, it can be heard in the grounds to the front during busy periods.

The prices below are inclusive of VAT and apply to stays up to 5th January 2009.

Lets for 1 night will normally be accepted mid-week only on Tuesday or Wednesday nights. Should this be inconvenient please call to check availability for other days.
