| What is the accommodation? |

| You will have unrestricted use of a beautifully furnished large country house in a peaceful setting with glorious views over sweeping grounds. Our accommodation is serviced by a team of a house manager or butler, housekeeping staff and by local cooks and chefs. |
| To what standard are the properties furnished? |
|
| At Wow House we apply strict selection criteria before properties can join our portfolio. To this end, only 1 in 4 properties viewed is accepted on to our books. Large living rooms, comfortable beds, well fitted white en-suite bathrooms, state of the art plumbing and wiring are minimum requirements. |
| Will we be sharing the property with anyone else ? |
|
| No. The house is exclusively yours. The owners of the property will not be in residence and there will be no other guests or hotel staff to intrude on your much needed privacy. On a single occupancy of bedrooms and the freedom to use the whole of the house, you’ll have ample opportunities to retreat for quiet reflection away from the rest of your group. |
| What is the minimum booking period? |
|
| At most of our properties the minimum hire is for 1 night, mid-week. You will have access to the property from 10am on the day of arrival to 5pm on the day of departure, giving you almost 2 full days. Some properties may, however, be available to hire for the day. Please ask for details and rates. |
| What catering arrangements can you provide? |
|
| In contrast to a hotel you’ll have the flexibility to choose when and what you want to eat and drink. Breakfast provisions are included in the price. For the remainder of meals we can organise local cooks and chefs in advance of your stay. You’ll only be charged for food and drinks you order, giving you the scope to dine out in the evening if you so wish. |
| How many guests can your properties accommodate? |
|
| Wow Houses are better suited to smaller groups of between 4 and 22 guests. For a summary of the capacity of each property on a single occupancy basis go to ‘Locations’. Please note that additional guests can be accommodated in local B&B’s which we can recommend and book on your behalf. |
| Can we invite extra guests during the day to attend a meeting or presentation? |

| Yes you can as long as the property has the communal space to cope. Large entrance halls and grand dining rooms are typical features of Wow House properties. For larger gatherings in the Spring and Summer, marquees can be erected in the grounds. Please ask for details and charges. Parking will not be a problem. There may be an additional charge for large groups of visitors. |
| What on site communications technology, if any, can you offer? |
|
| Many of our properties offer wireless broadband. If you require use of presentational equipment during your stay, we may be able to put you in touch with a local hirer. |
| What additional services are you able to offer? |
|
| In terms of logistics we can arrange to collect guests from train stations, airports and arrange taxis for evenings out. By prior arrangement helicopters can be landed. We have house managers in place with the local knowledge to organise a wide range of extra-curricular activities for you during your stay, subject to notice and availability. |
